If you are managing your PPA and notice that you have processed scans that have not been imported yet, The first thing to check is in your Services Application on either the local machine or the server and check to see if "SPiDERweb.importservice" is running or has stopped.
If it has stopped, right click on it and select restart
If it is running, Check to make sure that your PPA's IP address has not changed and is no longer updating properly
